  I was very impressed with this hotel though I had never heard of it before--and the price was fantastic! The rooms were very comfortable, the casino was as good as any in Vegas, the spa and gym were great, and the Italian restaurant was yummy with the best dirty martinis in town! - Very nice hotel in general.   Very clean. Rooms were updated and much more than I expected for the money. View from the room was awesome. When they made the beds they even picked up my childs teddy bear off the floor and put him in between the pillows which i thought was a personal touch that showed they had pride in their jobs. Staff was friendly and helpful. - First they wanted to put us on the 4th floor and were allowed to smoke outside on the balcony. I was not happy with that because I was pretty adamant about ordering a smoking room. She talked to her Supervisor and put us on the 7th floor smoking room. The room was great and we were very pleased.

  Nicely decorated, designed to be pleasant - clean, comfortable. Liked the pool area. We had a nice Gulf view. Easy access to Interstate 10 and Hwy 90. Walking distance to the Beau Rivage - we were there for concert at Beau and was nice to walk. - Everything was awesome!! Very clean.. The pool area is superb. The breakfast was great.   the hotel itself was beautiful, the rate was great, staff very friendly, valet, bellman, all great job.This was not not first time staying @ a Hard Rock, but this was nice. The room is immaculate, plush, all the usual trappings and comfort a casino can afford, but with a great hard-rock theme running throughout. Not a fan of rock? Really that has nothing to do with it, it's just nice to have a hotel with some personality but the comfort and size to let you enjoy yourself.

  LB's steak house was wonderful and our waiter and hostess Sabrina were the greatest..The next night after hours in your wonderful Casino we got burgers to go from your food court and wow they were the best ever!!! Staff in the casino were super friendly and tell them once what you want and they remember, loved that your Public Relations lady came ... 别人怎么说 » and personally introdued herself to us in the casino and said to let her know if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and king size bed was real comfo - The Staff was most courteous and attentive to our every needs. They even knocked off a movie charge since we did not finish viewing the movie in it´s entirety. I recommend this hotel and casino to anyone who has never been there. We even won money on the slot machines , 900 dlr jackpot on a penny macjine the 1st night and then 525 dlrs on a 5dlr slot the next day .
