The room was very large and comfortable.The only thing was the ac placement...we arrived around 2 pm amd it was hot.The ac is at the back of the room..down a small hallway in tbe bathroom area. We dropped the temp to 55 and it took all that evening to cool off.The office brought us a box fan which helped a lot!! After that, the room stayed cold which felt so good coming in from the beach each day.The room was very beachy...very large...very cute.We loved our time there and will definitely go ba.
所有评语 » We stayed in a standard room with a king size bed. The room was relatively large with a lounge chair, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and bistro table and chairs. There were also 2 deep shelves in the bathroom for storage. The Edgewater is conveniently located across the street from the beach. The staff members were courteous and helpful. It was nice to stay in a nonsmoking room that didn't smell like smoke. Overall, the room was comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced. Fabulous!! Everything was clean, loved the 'beach cottage' feel of my King Room. The pool was pristine and had a lovely Italian villa theme to the area, the hot tub was like one from a spa. The staff were so kind, they let me check in very early with no problems and were always helpful and kind to us. I love this hotel and will be staying here every time I come to biloxi!! My best friend and I stayed here and we fell in love! We had a double bed deluxe room.. It had a vintage doll house vibe.. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!. we lucked up & got a beach view room it was nice being able to see the beach and feel the breeze from the ocean we kept our windows open most of our stay, also liked that check out was at 12 instead of 11. Close to beach. Next to Tresure bay casino. About 10 mins to Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casino. Had pool, hot tub, and Internet. Had frig, microwave, and extra space for a 2 top dining table. Was worth it. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very couteous and accommedating. I would recommend staying for a weekend or a week. Great Job!. Older facility but was quiet & all I needed for this trip. No complaints from me, I enjoyed my visit & would recommend to someone else. Everything was excellent here, from the worker who was cleaning the parking lot who greeted me to the staff at check in and check out. The staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Great central location between Bilxi and Gulfport. great staff we had smaller children they were super at assisting with their needs. rooms clean. The service was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. The pool, and price. The staff were very friendly room was cute and clean. I really liked the friendly atmosphere and the rooms were very nice. I loved the Mississippi Music room decorations, very nicely done. Friendly, responsive staff. Close to the beach. Quiet room. room was clean and nice. the kitchen area was great.,. Good value and great location, will be returning. Staff was so great! And the room was HUGE. Stayed 4 days. Very cute. Homey. Friendly hosts, Clean room. We loved the view. That we left there and returned home. The location is the only thing this place had going for it. There is no restaurant on site although there are several within a short driving distance. Also, the air conditioner unit was noisy when running. The ONLY thing I did not like was that my room was pungent with the smell of baby powder. I literally had to air it out, but about 30 minutes later it was only slightly noticeable and I was able to fully enjoy my room. The ac didn't blow cold enough. N/A. Could not stay longer. Pillows were terribly thin, wish the bed were queen instead of full. I think some sort of breakfast should be available...at least something basic like coffee, juice and pastries would suffice. Nothing :-) all was wonderful. We ran out of hot water that night and the next morning when trying to shower. no continental breakfast. The carpet was stained and the bedcovers were tattered. Very loud children around pool area after 11:00p.m.!. too expensive for an older hotel... The WI Fi didn't work in the room. No washer / dryer on site. need more parking. The heat and ac were run from a window unit above the sink. It had a thermostat but I had to climb the sink to change from heat to air. Cleaning staff was slow. Check in was supposed to be "after 3:00 PM". Room was not available until after 4:00 PM. Climbing 3 flights of stairs. The carpet in the room was terrible. Had a difficult time getting on to the Wi-Fi. The manager couldn't get on either for quite some time (hours). The ac was too louod. The mirror over the sink in the bathroom was too low. Had to bend over to see myself in the mirror. I had to change a battery in the smoke detector just minutes after I checked in because there was nobody on site that knew how. There was no shampoo/soap etc in the room and when I went to get some they said that they were out and didn't know when they'd have any more. The next morning, housekeeping didn't stop at our room. When I asked about it, I was given some towels and a lame excuse. The service and general indifference will definitely keep me away.
