Everything, the hospitality was very professional and I really enjoyed the closenest of the areas for fun and relaxation while there for the graduation of my nephew on Parris Island....I would recommend this stay here it was awesome. The friendliness of the staff was genuine, especially in the restaurant/bar area. Any concerns or questions we had were handled immediately and with a smile. Also, the food was delicious, and we ate dinner at the hotel each night.
所有评语 » I really liked the view of the marsh. There is an area outside facing the marsh for lounging as well as bar. The room was very clean and the location to downtown Beaufort and the Islands was very good. The Hotel was immaculate. The rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was great. Our son graduated from Marine Basic Training and we felt the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. this was such a nice comfortable, clean, staff-friendly and accomodating hotel that our family stayed at this past weekend.The hotel has its own restaurant and the seafood dishes were wonderful!. We enjoyed being where we started our married lift 49 years ago. Husband was stationed at MCAS. Brought back memories and to see how the town had grown and changed. Great location, friendly helpful staff, room was high quality and very clean! Would recommend this stay, it was great in all aspects!. I loved the location. Right down the street from our family and the hotel was always nice and clean. nice large room clean smelling with no smoke order or carpet fresh just A nice clean natural smell. Also, I was really disappointed about not having an outside pool area. nothing... we were very happy... what would be nice to have is continental breakfast as an option. the pool area needed A good cleaning, the tiles that surround the pool seemed not to be too clean. the pool itself was clean however. The pool seemed small for a hotel. Small leak over toilet in bathroom. Was really no big deal. Gym equipment is getting rusty. the high sink in the bathroom...great if you are 6 ft but for a small 5 footer, it just doesn't work out for the best. Noise in Lobby. Decor looking a little dated. couch/sleep sofa was horrible!. Reservation was blotched by the on line reservation. The sign at the road was difficult to see from the road and was close to another hotel. The a/c in the room worked great but made a constant noise.
