Like the location of the Inn;great for walking to lunch,dinner,shopping. The shuttle service and driver were great. Complimentary bottle of wine nice. Location Friendliness of staff Hotel design. Location was great. Mattress sunken in middle of bed-too soft-not like last year when we stayed in a different room. Late 4 pm checkin. Felt like a nursing home. Not a good experience.
