*Room, pool, office, and grounds were VERY clean. (Great job guys!!) *Staff was friendly and helpful. *Flooring in room was laminate and not scary old shag carpet - you know the kind! *Sheets and towels smelled and looked fresh and clean. *Location is good - ~6 min to downtown, but close to many sites and shopping. *Morning coffee was good. I liked the wood floors, the layout of the room, free HBO and the price.
所有评语 » Location and price. The staff were all extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Close to center of Austin 6 minutes to 6 th street. good services the person treats you recession. The convenience to the event we were attending was good. The room just the right size. The person at the front desk was very helpful and issued a refund promptly. Room was recently painted, bed fairly comfortable. Location was ok.... Location was only saving grace. nothing. *The mattress could have been better/newer *No microwave or mini fridge *The bedspread was hideous. ;-). For the price, nothing. Hard bed, smokey smell. The towels in the room were very small and the noise from the highway was 24 hours a day. Very close to the expressway so very noisy because of the traffic. the output is 11 a.m. wings as alert you pay extra cost until 5pm that my 8pm flight wings came out and charged me like a whole day at another hotel just charge me overtime.also pay for two days by the use of the internet and I never worked the same day returned the code and talk que no wanted him in my room because the signal did not reach the end whatever I charged. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns in comforter, curtains and sheets. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Loud fan sounds from room below made sleeping close to impossible. It was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of smoke. There was an ashtray in the room. The shower was dirty when we arrived, later we found that it was due to it being stopped up. We didn't stay here because it didn't feel safe. There were several people who appeared to live there. There were many people hanging out in the parking lot, sitting on the curb, etc. that appeared to be trying to stay away from security and the police officer that was on the property. We didn't feel comfortable and asked for a refund so we could go to a safer hotel. I didn't know that they built tv's that small, the laminate wood flooring with curled edges from being wet was not practical, especially in the bathroom. Where did you find a shower insert that small and shower faucet that puts out that small amount of water. No shampoo. Paper thin walls, furniture in place looked old, tv was not up to par... soaps to small....cigarette burns in the comforter..... Staff not very helpful or concerned. No extras whatsoever. Needed an iron, none to be found. Pillows and towels were the cheapest to be found anywhere. Only towels enough for one adult not two. A/c so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Flimsy bed spread no blanket. Laminate floor in bath covering mold!! It was race weekend so prices were more than doubled...not worth it folks!!!. staff was rude. the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months it was gross and worst of all the a/c unit was a pos it didn't work and when I complained they didn't even offer another room just said we can give u ur money back ... horrible!. I will not stay at a Motel 6 again. When I have to leave my drivers licenses at the front desk in order to use the hair dryer or iron and ironing board. Then have to buy a card to use wifi. Won't happen. Then I'm told and guest have to be out by 10 pm. I told them first. I'm here for an interview. I can't take a chance of losing my DL and I'm not 18 yrs old and live In a dorm. I checked out the next day. Went to Howard Johnson next door. Was very nice and had more then I needed.
