  The woman who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. She was proactively helpful when she noticed I have a back problem and suggested putting me in a room on the first floor near an exit, so I wouldn't have too far to walk from my car. I really appreciated that.

  The hotel's location is great. It sits less than a mile away from numerous retail stores and restaurants.   Location in downtown Augusta - We loved the location because we were able to park at the hotel and basically walk everywhere else. We were there for a special event/ Ironman Augusta 70.3 so this proved to be convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
