  The staff was extremely professional and curtious. This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton and I will definately return!   The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

  Loved the hotel - from the minute we pulled up and we had help to unload our bags until the minute we left, and once again, we had help loading our bags - service was friendly, professional, and impeccable. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and helped us enjoy our stay. We were up early the next morning, and the maid/ - Staff Room Cleanliness The checkin desk was very helpful. Everyone always greeted us with a smile I have never experienced a better hotel staff ever! The shuttle bus even wad very helpful and patient provided tips on places to visit in Atlanta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! There were 2 weddings going on and it was not a need to get around the wedding groups. I will be returning.
