  Great Breakfast Bar - This hotel is located in a safe part of town. Check in was a breeze, took less than 4 minutes, they said since I reserved with Booking all I did was get room key - awesome!   My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service.   Friendly staff that were very helpful in all the matters. one person at the front desk and the driver got a bit impatient at times. Perfectly set next to the big shoppingmall Lenox and just a short walk to the subway. An extra bonus with the courtesy car if you want a drive within 2 miles. Very friendly staff and well equipped gym as well. Felt very comfortable, safe and the hotel was well kept. Only extremely minor signs of wear from hotel guests. There were a few scratches at the bottom of the bed and bottom of the desk but just normal wear and tear.
