The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

Very nice and large room (or room was one with the view toward National Monument & Pentagon)
Pretty comfortable bed
Front desk staff is extremely helpful and courteous (+ free cookies during check in!)

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

The staff was friendly. Parking was only $10 per day. A few blocks from
the metro. Several restaurants within a couple blocks of the hotel.
There was also a grocery store, pharmacy and convenience store a few

Overall the the hotel excellent and is in a good location to visit Washington as it is close to a subway and within walking distance/bus ride of the wonderful and vibrant Georgetown. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/room was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Everything at the the hotel was top of the line, from the staff to the pillows. They gave new gym cloth in order to stay at the fitness center until it was time to go to the airport. This hotel was perfect for a family with small children. The cost of room includes a beautiful breakfast. We were only 3 blocks from the Metro which took us right into Washington DC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was a nice diversion for the kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

Top stay for us in DC. Have been a number of times due to college student visits. This is the best hotel yet- in town for college graduation and all the hotel prices were very high. HGI was the best rate BUT also had great service and quiet room. Ideal location within a block of the red line metro- very easy to get around. Highly recommend! -

The room was spacious and very clean and the hotel provided food facilities as well as pool/gym facilities. Now I look for Hilton Garden Inn hotels whenever I'm out of town and in need of a hotel!

We liked our room, we had enough space for us girls. The beds were very comfortable so we were able to get much needed sleep. Also, we had trouble with our neighbors being very loud around 4am.. Great location. Park the car and forgot it for a week. With the Metro station right under the hotel, getting around was perfect - never had to worry about parking.
