  Price was reasonable. Breakfast, though not remarkable, was very convenient and enjoyed by the kids. Felt safe there. Convenient to O'hare. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and another room for or son's family. We were told the hotel was quite full, but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2 doors apart from each other - Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

  I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that took me into the city.   It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility.
