Pleasant greetings from staff, quick service at the desk on check in. Super clean and comfortable room. Good wifi availability. Surprisingly quiet given location between highways and airport. Gave us great advice on the best ways to get around, there was a free shuttle to Newark penn that picked us up for free at almost 2 am, the guards on the night shift went out of their way to show us the roof patio ( under their supervision!!!) even though it was about to be locked up for the night, and the ladies who set out the breakfast meal were so kind- no weird looks for my strange food requests and pajama clad self, and without even asking they helped me car

Great location fro forays into New York. Just 20 minutes from Newark airport. About 20 minutes from New york City. You could easily dump the car and use the PATH train to go into the City of New York for just $2.50. The trains are clean and on time. The staff were helpful. Size of room and facilities in room. Staff friendly and helpful, my sister and i stayed a week and nothing was too much. Breakfast was busy but grand. Close to Path train - 5 minute walk not 15 as in other reviews. 2 stops to great shopping at Newport and 10 mins to World Trade Centre. Room spotless, housekeeping came in every day. Great value for money as it is very near Manhattan city. The location is really convenient, just steps from the subway and many places to eat even late at night.
The staff (esp Jose) were really helpful, upon request and room availability, they helped us moved to a higher floor with great view of Manhattan city with no hassle and all with smiles.
