  We had a very early flight and found this hotel very convenient - no need to organise a shuttle, we just stepped out of the hotel onto the concourse and through to our flight. We returned our hire car before arriving at the hotel, and used the airport restaurants for dinner. We were absolutely thrilled - The proximity to the Miami Airport, the lovely pool area, the excellent restaurant food and service, the public lounge areas, cocktail lounge, computer access, and the administrative staff. We were given a breakfast upgrade and a quieter room after being first given a room next to some young Ultra Fest "rockers" playing loud music and on day 2 a $50 dinner voucher when the maid service failed to make up our room while we were away. Very cordial accommodating and gracious staff.

  The staff were very friendly and tried their best to make sure I had a very comfortable stay. The room was very comfortable and i love the fact that there are many restaurants close by.
