Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. They were quick to give us another room when there were problems with the first. The room was very small (microtel) but suitable for the small amount of time we spent in it the one night we were there. The hotel and room were clean and they are updating and improving the hotel. Staff were super nice and check in was efficient. Everything was ready on my arrival. Breakfast has enough assortment to feed any family. A/C worked great. No complaints really.

We had a great suite. The staff was excellent. All were very friendly and made it their mission to see that we were comfortable. We travel to East Ridge several times a year and will definitely be going back to Holiday Inn Express!
