The shuttle service is wonderful. I have had several experiences, and it is the best. They took me over to pick up my daughter at the airport and then on to Zona Rosa for dinner. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend, and, since I usually travel solo, I use it frequently. -
The staff picked me up with the shuttle after having been rerouted from
Dulles through Atlanta to Kansas City. I had worked to get my delayed
luggage from two airlines at the airport. I was exhausted. The staff
picked me up, made sure I had everything I needed since I didn't
have luggage. They were comforting and warm when I was totally
exhausted. The next day, the shuttle took me back to the airport so that
I could pick up my car from economy parking.

Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure
out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking
place on the roads.
Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times.
My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature

The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool.
And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed.
