Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. and in both stays George and his staff were excellent! The room

Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening.
