Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.
