People were nice and professional.
They looked up when you came in and didn't ignore who was around them.
They didn't make excuses if something wasn't working right, they apologized and went to fix the problem to the best of their ability.

When the first room smelled smoky they immediately put me in another
room and were very nice about it.
I mistakenly made reservations for only one bed. They upgraded me to a room with 2 beds and only changed me an extra $10.00. I thought that was more than fair.

I would recommend this hotel to my best friend. -
We booked the room for under $50, the hotel was close to the highway, and the staff was courteous. We stayed here two days through a 3-day drive from New Hampshire to Colorado, and were more concerned with value than if we were on vacation. Continental breakfast was decent.
