I specified on line we needed a first floor room. They said they didn't have one when we arrived and they gave us a handicap room which was what we needed. Spacious for a walker. -

Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) -
Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.

I traveled to Birmingham with a group of high school students and we felt very comfortable with our stay at The Redmont Hotel in downtown Birmingham, AL. Continental breakfast was adequate, beautiful historical building, rooms were great! Students loved the "ghost history"! We had a fabulous stay! Would definitely stay there again! -

The location. I was there for a surgical procedure at UAB Hospital. Being able to stay there and not have to fight traffic was beneficial to me and my family. I would definitely stay there again, hopefully the next time for pleasure.
