  The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30.   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

  We boooked at studio, however we turned up early before check in. they kindly provided us with a suite room at no extra cost. i was expecting the hotel staff to tell me that I have arrived too early, and will need to wait for my check in time. but that wasn't the case, aslo this hotel is a 12pm check-in unlike most hotels, which are 2pm.
