Throughout our stay she was extremely polite and catered to each and every request of ours'. Stating that the suite was huge would be an understatement: 4 restrooms, washer & dryer, complete array of utensils & k - Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view....   We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open. Very nice breakfast. Our suite had a covered balcony with a table and two chairs. It was very pleasant to sit there. The views of the sea, Burj Dubai and parts of the Palm Jumeirah were gr... 别人怎么说 » eat. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. - I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

  The room was very nice and neat with very nice space and large LCD TV. The location was very good, just 3 minus from Emirates Mall. I would recommend this hotel for families. - the rooms are fantastic

Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
