Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.

I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

Staff, especially the front of house and reception staff were absolutely excellent and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is excellent and inviting. The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.
