I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
