  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great.   The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   Everything it was real value for money should be classified as 5 star but unfortunately has no views. The biggest room we have ever seen in any hotel even five and six star hotels- king size bed, comfortable lounge perfect working desk and free WI FI for the whole time for any number of devices.   We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open. Very nice breakfast. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. - I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.
