  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

Indeed, room is - Staff, especially the front of house and reception staff were absolutely excellent and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is excellent and inviting. The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.
