Room Service
All was fine
My friend arrived at the hotel before me and they made him present hiscredit card even though they already had my credit card on file forpayment, and they put a charge through on his card which showed up onhis personal computer as debited on his account, and they said it wouldtake about two weeks for it to be put back. That seemed highlyunnecessary, as I arrived later on same day.

The environment, the services, personnel attitude.
The internet facilities. It was not working well and I needed assistance frequently because of that. And for a businessman it was important to have this working.

Check in and ccheck out were very long despite reception staff being very polite and friendy.

The "don't disturb"sign was not available on the door. House keeping disurbed me several times in the morning
Variety of areas to relax including the grass area, cooler than around the pool area.
Hot breakfast selection was not to my taste.
The hotel is very nice and the location is good. The private beach wasgreat and secluded.
The rooms were ok, but we expected them to be nicer. Also at the time ofbooking we didn't notice the small print saying that a 20% would beadded for tax and service charges. I would prefer to pay that at thetime of the booking and not have the surprise later.

Location is great, on The Walk, great beach.
Charging for using the internet. Too cold in the lobby, you don't want to sit there. The breakfast is too expensive.

I taught the hotel wnad grounds were excellent and providied a most enjoyable holiday.
Some of the reception stafff did not appear to have a full understanding of the systems.

The coffee shop is open at all times which is really good if you don't have breakfast included. The concierge was very helpful.
We asked for a sea view but the view was not unrestricted and we were at the side of the hotel. It was a lot of money to pay for a view that wasn't great.

I had a very good time...i loved that the beach and the pool was soclose together!!! Very beautiful! I had told the hotel I was there formy husbands birthday and 3 days out of the four they brought him abirthday gift...( Cake candy and fruit)
I dont like that theres a set price for the room ...then when your goingto pay the bill...theres extra fees (room servise and tip) my husbandand I never order any room service!
