The hotel is in a great location, downtown and close to Al Ain Oasis and museums. Free underground parking with easy access to the hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were overwhelmed by how spacious it was. Each bedroom had a bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. Spacious, centrally located, flexible in checking in / out, next to a beautiful mosque, enough parking available.
所有评语 » good location and easy process when i get there ..... the reception girl was very nice and help us. Comfortable Double Bed Room and nicely decorated well maintained clean rooms and toilets. Excellent location, very clean, and massive. Very comfy beds except in maids room. Location was good and staff were. Helpful. Kitchen equipments needs attention. The appartment was excellant, clean, too spacious. *the size of the apartment was amazing. *the shower was great with lots of water pressure. *plenty of room and beds *the telly worked *friendly staff happy all around. I like the location of the hotel middle on the city. Room is spacious well equipped kitchen. Good location. The location of the hotel is perfect because it is in the Bazaar Area. Not worth for money,. location. location. There were 4 adults but only 2 towels, however this was quickly remedied and more towels provided. A bit more attention to vacuuming would have been better but overall the cleanliness was good. The furnishings are old and could do with renewing but overall it was very comfortable. Room locking system requires improvement, bathrooms get flooded with water with no wipers / mats and towels were available. No wifi available. All fine..Perfect hotel apartment. Kitchen has no cooking equipment. The extra beds advertised on this site are not available. The lighting is cold is most rooms - a bedside lamp would make a big difference. Frequent issues with the plumbing. One we check in there is no contact with reception, and no room service, and it is like a remote place since we hot the room in block 2. they provide some numbers like restauarants, cafterias and groceries - but no one response well and I force to take the dinner and breakfast from mcdonnalds - thanks to mcd. *a little cold, maybe because no rugs on tile floor. no huge hassle as you can put on your shoes *the lounge sitters smelled like smoke. I didn't like little smoke smell in the spartnent , furniture dirty , carpet dirty. No WIFI even by additional charge not available. Workers serving customers. Old furniture, decore should be maintained and poor of facilities. - very dirty . -. facilities, smelly, ac controller not working.
