  The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The WiFi is excellent but not free (35 AED a day). The hotel offers room services such as breakfast, laundry. The apartment is clean and comfortable - It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. I recommended to car owners. it is quiet, no bars - -Location is quite, near to metro station (Dubai Free zone station). -Freindly Staff. -We arrived early before several hours of the check-in time, they immediately make the check in process and give the key. -Kitchen was well equipped, you can prepare your meals very easy. -Room service is available even after 5:00 pm. -Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby. -I do recommed it for families.

  A lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good service. The rooms were decently spaced with very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchenette was equipped with a good 2 hob cooker, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and 2 mugs and spoons for coffee. The bathroom also has a clothes line and the complementary toiletries and towels were very handy (no toothbrush/too - It is a new hotel and during the night we could not sleep because there was a loud noise coming from the airconditioning system. The manager of the hotel made his apologies for the noise and did not charge us for the room, offered us a free breakfast and late check- out and even had the hotel limousine drop us off at the airport!   It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.
