  All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business.   The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

  It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.

The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30.
