The staff were excellant and allowed us a late check-out as our flight wasn't until 10pm the next day. They also allowed us a late check-in at about 1am the night before. Also, room service ran all night so we were allowed to eat when we got in which was great. Breakfast was also really great and very tasty. very nice hotel.. and would like to book next time. Huge appartment, great comfort.

I like the location of the hotel, Abu Dhabi mall is in easy walking distance, and easy to catch taxis.Staff friendly and helpful. room service. i like the interior of the toilet. looks unique because of the materials. the staffs are also very helpful. maybe the hotel should consider of providing internet access so that it will give more comfort to the guests. I like their flexibility in accommodating me in a very early check-in.The Philpino Staff was cooperative and active. Can not say because I just overnight there. Wide and spacious rooms... central location. Location is good. The Breakfast.It was the cheapest we could find. Well situated in the City.Bar, location. friendly staff. nothing special, but check in at 2 P. M. is not very confortable for those flying many hours, however hotel front manager was kind enough to letting us to check in at 9 P.M. No hairdryer in room. The balcony floor could be cleaned more frequently.Getting a taxi was extremely difficult and hotel staff not helpful. Ended up being forced to use the hotel limousine service which is much more expensive even on short trips. The cost. It was a quiet time of year when we stayed and the "Pub" was closed and so was the resturant on the top floor, only the small resturant on the second floor was open with a very limited menu. Also parking somewhere could be a nightmare if arriving late. more bars and pubs please...I missed the internet facility. I would also like to mention that when rate is mentioned on the site it should include the service charges as well so one can have a clear understanding of the rate and can budget accordingly. One of the older hotels but well kept even if a little worn at the edges.The rooms are old. No internet connections. parking for cars is unavalable. Absence of Internet facility and the decor of the room is bit old. No internet in the rooms, or in the building is a big problem. I had to leave because of it. Breakfast was okay but not brilliant.Too expensive, actual price to be paid was higher than indicated beforehand by booking.com, thin walls. old elevators. Check-in time of 2:00 PM. The hotel should have car parking for the gests, one houre to findparking in distance more than 3km. The change from agreed price. (See comments above). Rooms were not of a good srandard, old fridge and old furnishings. We had to change rooms as the first one smelled of cigarette smoke or something.Camere vecchie!. Needs updating. I didn't like the interiors. It's too rustic, really old. The Breakfast items was poor.On your webpage there are mention of a nightclub - it do not exist for the last 2 years. The English pub is also closed for the last 6 months. No information in hotel available of what is of interast in or near hotel - i.e nightlife, bars, ext. No parking around that area. It's full and you can't find any place to park your car.smell of cigarette. Internet connectivity should made available. The cover of the bed was old. the reception counter staff. The fridge was dirty but overall OK. I think it was very expensive for this type of hotel with little facilities. The Hotel is a little tired.No internet, no minibar. my daughters room on arrival was not clean and did not have refreshments i paid the bill the night before we left andasked if it was final they said yes yet the next morning i was asked for a further 58 dirham as the taxi was outside i did not argue the point.Well it for sure does not reflect the name we are used to as Rotana. The room was clean, but then again the hotel is a bit old and needs renovation. There is no internet what so ever!!!. too old. Breakfast was poor.
