Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him in Arabic. Very comfortable rooms, intuitive layout. The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel .
所有评语 » *Check in/out is peace of mind. *We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning. *Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable. *Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs. *Breakfast in the room was something. *Staff is very friendly & attentive. *Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing. *Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island. Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation. Just stayed over weekend there. Everything was great. Very good staff, service, food, room, facilities. The hotel was almost empty thus there was no crowd at breakfast and at the pool. Guys at the swimming pool gave everybody a cooled towers and face sprays. Food at the swimming pool in a Greek restaurant is very delicious. Breakfast is amazing. It was a brilliant get away from Dubai. One of the best hotels where I stayed. Excellent location - between the airport and the city center - on the Gulf. The terrace offers a beautiful view of Mangroves and the skyline of Abu Dhabi. Great service, great breakfast and lunch, great restaurants. Large rooms, very comfortable beds. Silence and peace. Remarkable design & style in all corners of this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. the staff were very attentive, discrete and friendly. Room was comfortable, breakfast area was great, pool very peaceful, stylish and looking out onto the creek side.The price was fair. The staff were outstanding! We had a wonderful stay, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, excellent layout. The pool area and fitness center were great, and the food was delicious. The service was amazing and our every interaction with the hotel was a delight!. Beautiful modern hotel overlooking Mangrove Lagoon & forest - a unique sight in usually deserty landscape. Infinity pool and great facilities. The breakfast selection was amazing. Absolutely great customer service - one of the best we have experienced. The Hotel is one of the amazing hotels I have ever visit, all of the facilities are available, beside it is not very far from most exciting places in Abu Dhabi, I really enjoy staying there and I recommend this hotel. The rooms on the Mangrove side are very quiet. The food in the Thai restaurant is delicate. The pool and the rest place on the water front absolutely marvelous... what can I add ?. Peace and tranquility, overall the stay was fantasic (apart from being ill) and the staff were particularly pleasant and helped make the stay very pleasant. Staff were helpful in arranging a cake and flowers for my husbands birthday, even though they weren't delivered together and at the wrong time. It was quiet and peaceful. The room is big. slightly strange hotel layout in that the pool is accessible directly from the main lobby opposite reception, which detracts slightly from a feeling of poolside privacy, a minor niggle. Shower is slightly getting hotter, just increase the cold water you will be fine. No beach, but we knew it before. Thick and heavy luxury towels are bulky in use. For the first time in a long time, no complaints. It was the perfect getaway!. none. The menu's need to be better explained. I ordered something that had no mention of shell fish/seafood, believeing there was only chicken in it (as I am allergic to shell fish/seafood) to find when I had half eaten my dish there were prawns mixed in. distance from the city centre may be considered a bit of a problem but it is easyly accessible with reasonably priced taxi service. no private beach. small swimming pool area. not many choices of restaurants. The location is not the best but you can reach anywhere by taxi for a decent price. Bit far from the center, but take a cab and its okay. Pool location. nothing ,. check in so late better to be 1:00 instead of 3:00. A bit isolated from the city center. Lack of variety in F&B outlets. Restaurants were expensive for what was on offer. - Room & Bathroom lock is so hard to use - W/C is very high even for an adult - Drunk tea on the first day and after the room got cleaned up they didn't add extra tea!!!. Service and care towards customers were not genuine. For example, if you are a GHA member entitled for upgrade, you won't get it unless you ask, amenities in the room were not generous, etc... Buffet breakfast - a disaster. Service very poor, no organization. Do believe that all this is about to change with a new director coming on board. Quality of food at the Thai restaurant. Definitely not worth the over priced menu. The pool is bit small. Selection of restaurants. Not enough choice - best option was room service!. Showers in rooms need to be improved for consistent temperature - they are currently either to hot or to cold. I had to wait for my room beyond 3 p.m. nothing. But we miss the offer of free breakfast and we have 8 room in same day. Water pressure very low. expensive restaurants no where to get coffee in the early morning location as far as walking to shopping, etc. Slow service at pool area. nothing. the food. Price. none. Was served burnt food at Pachaylen restaurant. Food is highly overpriced! Aed 150 per person for just eggs sausages and toast! Not much of a choice for in room dining. Had to wait more than 20 minutes after checkout for the porter to get our bags from the room. Reservation staff failed to inform us about the discount offers they had for 2 nights stay. I did not like the service that was provided by the hotel staff. There were not very courteous and did very little to welcome us.Most of the staff looked like senior memeber of staff who did very little to acknowledge guests at the hotel. This should be improved. The hotel lacks traffic; the location is on the beach, but no beach access (mangrove). They don't serve bread with the egg . while I am ordering to room service they said its additional , is it possible egg without bread ??.
