This is a great option for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, including Thai, Italian and Japanese. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is hard to beat - a 5 minute walk from the Corniche, close to a number of malls, shopping areas and restaurants. A centrally located hotel that provides good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful although occasionally services was a little slower than expected for an international hotel. Good retaurants attached to the hotel.
所有评语 » The friendly welcome and politeness of the staff. The ally pally bar staff are brilliant as are the local people that frequent it. I've stayed here many times and will continue to do so. massage parlour , Staff at recation wear exellent they wear frendely and happey to speak with all they made shour that the geust is comfortable. Very clean modern rooms, friendly and trained staff; great location in center of town; excellent food in the Thai restaurant;. totally pleasant and helpfull staff room was kept immaculate pool access was perfect. Warm hospitality. Excellent spa facility. Location. Good restaurants. Excellent location.. lot of parking space available.. friendly staff. Staff was great Swimming pool is very nice as well. Value of money. Easy access to surrounding bars and good food in the Ally Pally bar. I like the Cozy room. And Parking Area its just in front of Hotel,. Loved the pool and the varierty of restaurants in vicinity. Swimming pool, hotel allowed guests either male or femail. Hotel clean,staff very good, bar food also very good. The value for money in this hotel is extremely good. customer service cleaning view not crowded price. staff are very supportive and attentive. A/C & Lights is good. Room is clean. quiteness , confort and value for money. Room, clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Gm,pool,very friendly gaysand helpful. The location is easy to city trip. General speaking is ok. housekeeping is faster. receptionists are nice. clean and cozy. perfect hotel. Night clubs. Everything. Ambience. I like the amenities the most/ recreational available too. If your for fun and activities, its recommended but for a long and nice sleep a top priority then make a second thought. For me very good the place because our company is nere this hotel. The man in the small gift shop. T.V channels . i think the hotel must Add few music , indian channels . Only one small bottle of water for two persons! Internet access costly. having to pay for wi/fi. Nothing. Room is not sound proof. Internet is not free. Resturant is poor. Room smelled a bit dusty.... only one hiccup...check out staff almost ruined whole experience by telling us of 3 missing hangers from room..How ridiculous!! If they are going to accuse guests of stealing they should at least provide an inventory of room items prior to staying. Hotel not able to re-credit my AED 500 deposit taken on arrival back into my account on the day of checking out, Hotel has to send paperwork to Bank before deposit can be re-credited.? I would stay again but next time give AED 500 cash and get cash/balance back on the day. bedding need to be more luxury rooms need to be more voice content. Pathroom valves need maintenance. parking facility , as you have to be worried all the time to pay for parking. -Deposit: suprised. When booking, they specify "no deposit will be taken". The hotel should stick to what the website says. - Wifi: chargeable. room is very small,Receptionist was very dry and cold in its dealings with us, i think she is Indian and There is no valet parking. crew forget to put toothbrush set. no power adaptor for electric thermos. crew did not punch-in my order so i waited long. 1 bath towel for 2 guest! No slippers. Non smoking room not available in higher floors. Not sound proof- night club sounds can be heard in your room. Nothing. The swimming pool have no sunny spot as the surrounding buildings are tall and very close, making shadow. No good service. The foods. The sounds from the night bars can hear till our rooms. Its disturbing till 3am. Phonecalls in the morning is unacceptable, doorbell in the a.m for laundry is a bit irritating. I need a peaceful and nice, long sleep is the reason why i went to hotel room but it was not achieved. Continue booking with you hotel give us good rate.not like others. Rooms are old Showers are tiny. -Been travelling a lot & this is the only Hotel, probably in the world, that charges for lost card-keys. -No clear instructions were given by receptionist regarding card-keys being chargeable in case lost. -Very rude receptionists. -TV channels choice was very limited. -Had to use the stairs most of the time because there's only ONE elevator available in the whole hotel & it sometimes takes ages to get it !!!. Check in took me 35 minutes. Check in staff gave me a smoking room when I requested for a non-smoking room. Transfer to a non-smoking room took another 20-30 minutes. There's no parking!. Staff were not helpful, bar was smoky and full of working girls, food was poor, the worst Thai meal I have ever had. There were lots of unexplained rules, credit card deposit takes 6 days to be refunded, check out took 20 minutes to check the state of the room & mini bar, taxis were not readily available, breakfast was dull, view from room of a wall 6 feet away. Bar prices were high outside 'happy hour'. They requested deposit for each day of staying 500 Dirhams. Also, they charged all of the amount in advance when I check in and before I chek out. I was askign for the manager but they told me she is busy to answer me or even bother to listen to my compalins. Food was not good. Delay in check out poor. Blocking CC in excess. Noisy at night. night club noise Slow process to allot room. Room service was very poor.all delayed services.consuming lot of time ignoring the request for urgent supply.house keeping also poor as no promise on the order taken(laundry services).No tissues available in the living room. Room - small shower, uncomfortable pillows, dusty carpet. Lack of communication between the front office staffs, because while they confirming the booking we have been said visitors are allowed, but after we checked in when our guest arrived at the hotel, they have stopped them and one of the lady was in the reception told that the visitors aren't allowed in a rude way even though they have agreed while confirming the booking. it's so embarrassing in front of our guest. Can hear sounds from outside. None. security in night (sudany need to learn how to co operate with gustes. Actually, receptionist asked to deposit 500 aed cash per each room. But I didn't get any information of Hotel policy on letsbookhotel.com. I feel very perplexed. Why don't the hotel alert the information for guests to be stayed?. Parked in front of the hotel and paid a parking fees for 24 hrs and still got a parking ticket fine of 150 usd as it turned out to be for residents I'm a non residential area!.
