This new, modern, efficient and spotless hotel is almost a secret. It is a delightful 15 minute walk (or 5 minute tram ride) to Arcadia Beach and 20 minute cab ride to Odessa City Center. It is the most secure hotel I've ever stayed, boasting alert exterior guards, an austere yet modern reception area staffed by a "gatekeeper" who must personally code the elevator to access the rooms, suites and apartments of the hotel. In addition to modern and spotless residential facilities, it has connectio.
所有评语 » Great rooms, but it's an apartment hotel (block of flats very modern) rather than a true hotel, great for Spa though, you leave your room in dressing gown, pay to go to Spa and many options while inside, then go to restaurant for food and drink in dressing gown... So very relaxed and laid back.. If you want such an experience then go here... Great selection of food and drink and Spa and reception staff very helpful. The hotel is so safe friendly superb location for beach and city . The staff in reception and facilities are aamazing you will not find anywhere like this also its informal with no snobbery. We stayed in Ark palace already few times. Very nice and extremely friendly team and lovely service. Breakfast is very good. Looking forward seeing them when staying there again. the location is ideal for Arkadia beach (10 mins walk). A 15 mins taxi ride brings to the city center. Helpful staff. Well equipped hotel. Spa is great, rooms well decorated and clean. Good Location. Staff was nice and willing. This place was not user friendly for foreigner! Staff did not understand simple request, Eftpos machine not compatible with foreign card, charged residents for use of their own gym, I would not recommend this place to any foreigner!. the high speed internet was good to have. Not one thing. Advert says hotel in centre of Odessa... This does not mean city centre so be warned.. It is a 20 min taxi to shopping ctr... It is the centre of the Arcadia area which is the summer resort.. Not a lot going on in the winter... Also a bit confusing trying to find checkin as it is on the third floor inside apartment block.. access to SPA located one floor under the hotel is not included into the room rate. Additional 50 USD per person are needed. As a result we did not use SPA services. Had to pay extra to go to the gym. “You are lying, I do not believe you and I don’t have time for you…” that’s how the manager Katherine (Katya) answered to my question about additional payment to the swimming pool as not mentioned by any of the hotel’s staff during booking or checking in. Staff ‘s attitude is poor Additional payment for swimming pool is very expensive -400 UAH (50$...) per person. It was mentioned on internet that room will be with balcony but it was not. the fact that the gym is only incl for one visit, and every visit thereafter costs around $20 (The gym is by far the best in town though) security guys a little awkward, trying to get in. definitely not anywhere near 5 star.
