Excellent value for money,I appreciated the friendly and very efficient staff, the accommodation was lovely with lots of little extras which my teenage daughter loved. The breakfast room was very welcoming with a good menu and the attention to detail made me feel like it was a real home from home. i liked the fact that we were able to leave the car in the car park and everything we wanted to see and do was in easy walking distance.

Deserves a better title than guest house as it was excellent and better than many hotels i have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, quiet and excellent location. Excellent hotel. That there was plenty of tea coffee etc and also had complementery fruit bowl.Large comfortable room. Helpful, friendly staff. The Hotel was very nice, staff very pleasant. Location was ideal, 1 min walk to nice walk along the prom. Lovely food and lovely bathroom. The service at breakfast was very good as was the choice of menu. Clean and nely renovated. Nothing - if you have a big car, check the car park out first and if n ecessary reverse in or park on road.The alleyway to the car park is very tight. Not a real issue as you can always park on the road. Traffic noise could be a problem.Unfortunately the car park was too small for the number of allocated spaces. My car was damaged on the corner of the house as there was not enough turning space. Also, the approach to the car park was exceptionally narrow. My car is a small Yaris, if it had been bigger the damage would have been far worse. The only comment i would make was the parking at the back of the hotel. The drive was extremely narrow.Tight car parking but quality of hotel outweighs this concern. Very narrow entry to car parking area (but there were alternatives if I'd wanted them.Not easy car parking. Maybe slightly over-priced having looked around the other hotels in the area.Parking at rear, large car so difficult to get around the back. No reception for the moibile phone - we had to go out side.The 2 inch space either side of my car as I drove into parking spaces. ( scary ). The place needs a up date ie decorating paint and wallpaper. The bed. thought that it was overpriced for time of year. The bed mattress was was completely broken. The springs pinged and could be felt when laid on. I eventually had to sleep on top of the quilt in order to stop the springs sticking into me. We had hardly any sleep.
