Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. excelent staff and accomadation. The rooms were contemporary and loved the decor throughout the hotel. Very comfortable, excellent value for money, nice relaxed atmosphere.very comfortable and war, beautiful furnishings. spacious room overlooking Swansea Bay - large bathroom. Excellent breakfast and dinner with good friendly service. Ideally situated to explore the Gower Peninsular.

The hotel looks beautiful - everything is brand new and really high quality. The attached restaurant, Frederick's, served some of the best food I've ever eaten. The choice at breakfast is particularly good - basically you get to mix and match off a whole breakfast menu. Great sea views from some rooms. Comfy bed, good shower, nice decor with good personality. Good breakfast, comfy bed, nice decor. Room size, standard of furnishing, breakfast menu. Suite was very comfy modern and clean. Good staff. Good food. A Fan in the room would have been good. Restaurant and bar not open on Sunday evening and all day monday (ex. breakfast) this should be reflected in room rates for those 2 nights as full hotel services are not available. the odd flie in room - could be season; coffee grinder in room nice idea but tricky to use, more milk than cream sachets needed in room; the whole cooked tomato [not half] at breakfast would be even better - i wondered what happened to other half - but nothing to stop guest asking...! I know the chef would provide.We stayed Sunday and Monday nights which are the days the restaurant is closed for dinner. It would have been useful to have a list of alternative eating places with recommendations (rather than a verbal list). Myriad silly errors that shouldn't occur in this price range: e.g. various missing toiletries and beverages in the room, the wrong access code given for the free Wifi, menus in room did not match menus in restaurant. Worse, I had to remind staff that our room still needed cleaning at 4.30pm on the second day of our stay.Bathrooms weren't clean - in fact quite disgusting. Could do with better info in the rooms e.g. room service menu.restaurant menu.......also when we arrived had to wait outside for 5 mins while trying to get someone to come and let us in at 3.10pm.Lack of information, no emergency card, no staff at night (or during a lot of the day). Lack of Parking. Dinner service very slow. Also it was 1930 and the soup was off menu. Too orientated on restaurant. Room not serviced one day and no staff available at one breakfast time (8.45 time agreed the night before!).
