We were lucky enough to be given the largest room in the hotel so we had lots of room and our daughter had a full sized single bed. The lady on reception was one of the friendliest receptionists I have ever come across. There was plenty of hot water and the bath filled up very quickly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Because we arrived late and were leaving early the next day, we were able to park in the pay and display car park opposite free of charge.

The staff were excellent. Friendly, warm and accommodating. Also, every area was spotlessly clean and it was very nice having a restaurant and bar on site. The location was terrific for access to everywhere we wanted to be. staff very helpful and even called me before visiting due to granddaughter having gluten intolerance and whether food would be suitable. I was very grateful and very impressed. Situated in the town centre close to beach and shops. Very clean and large room. Receptionist - kinga, was friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with ample choice of food. the rooms were excellant beautiful and clean, the staff very helpful and were always asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better well done will be back. The friendly welcome and any help that we may need. The staff was brilliant, the location was ace! The room was clean and everything we needed for our family of 7!!. Hospitality of the staff, very friendly especially in the Carousel Bar where the evening meal and breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. All of it. Usual high Standard of comfort and service from premier inns. Comfy bed, good breakfast. Friendly staff. Quo concert was good also !!. Friendly staff, breakfast is good as well dinner, very comfortable bed, got several choice on pillow, facilities are very new and tidy. Very nice room. Very clean. The breakfast was well worth the money as you could have anything you wanted & as much as you like. very helpful staff who kindly let us check in early as we were going to a wedding nearby. Excellent breakfast service as well. My 14 week old daughter became ill while staying. The staff were fantastic. It's only a short walk to the sea front. Only one thing :- There was a TV/radio on ALL NIGHT in the room next door. We had a room with an interconnecting door and the noise sounded to be coming from that room. It wasn't very loud but was loud enough to disturb our sleep. I don't know if the room was occupied. would of liked the bar to stay open a bit later than 11 o clock for residents. There was nothing at all to complain about. family room could have been a bit bigger but otherwise fine. Very noisy pub next door open until late (not the pub attached to pub). Nothing. Didn't like the location of the premises, having to pay £10 for car parking for one night, would be added cost if staying for few days. Have stayed at a few Premier Inns with benefit of free car parking, would be beneficial if a deal could be made at the Palm Court Hotel car park for Premier Inn customers ?. Beer garden was in full swing. Soon settled down though, leaving us to a good nights sleep. 156 pounds for two nights include breakfast, the price was a little bit high. We went on a Saturday & during the night there were people coming out of clubs making a lot of noise right outside our window. It woke me up & kept on for a while. No on site parking nearest over road for 24hours was £10. Nothing. Fixed showerhead. Nothing. there was no car park. Nothing I can think of. Premier Inn guarantee a 'great nights sleep' this however was not achieved....a family room over looking an open air night club is far from suitable?!. The restaurant next door needs more staff. Long waiting time at the bar to place orders and tables left uncleared for a long time in the evenings. the sausages were a bit tangy. View from room (224) No discounted parking. No iron in your room. Nothing everything was great. On arrival staff could not find my booking despite my printed confirmation. I was with my 89 year old father so I got quite upset to think I would have to search the streets to find a room for elderly fragile father. No shaving point in room ?. there wasn't anything I didn't like. 4Th bed (folding type) uncomfortable. No Hotel Car Park (some other hotels have scratch card to pay for parking charges). Pillows too hard, sore neck in morning, not much sleep, guarantee money back did not happen, just given more pillows. No parking. No parking facility Room was very dusty and not cleaned to a high standard. Towels dirty and had to be exchanged on arrival. Room smelt fousty, this was reported and was blasted with air freshener, however we had to leave the room for 20 mins, but the smell just kept coming back. Toilet paper was in short supply! Kettle was new, and could of done with being boiled several times to remove plastic tang before being left in room.
