It was pleasant very clean had a good menu for you if you should require food, good facilities handy location, good selection of shops places to eat local and within walking distance easy to find ample parking. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean happy atmosphere. We stayed in a Superior room and it was excellent, especially the shower room. We ate breakfast here in the Dining room and it was good value.
所有评语 » Really liked the bed cause it was so comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The soap and shampoos supplied were great. Staff very friendly. The food and pints were great way to end the day. The hotel and bar staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Pub has a relaxing atmosphere. Very clean, no faults whatsoever. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Nice function room and public bars and games rooms. Smashing food at reasonable prices. Easily accessable. Nice owners :). Staff were really helpful when we had to change our date's and also accommodate and little one, they put a put up bed in our room for her for free, well pleased. We thought it was great value for the price we paid. Everything we needed was in our room. Couldn't have asked for better. We will definately be booking again!!. The staff very help full , booked room and was given the wrong type of room but soon swapped it to a double for us , nothing was too much trouble for them . Lovely Staff, very helpful. We had originally booked a family room online, received a phone call the following day to say they had no family rooms but would give us a double room with a camp bed at a discounted rate. When we arrived they had no camp beds! The girl in reception however was very friendly and apologetic, moving us to a large newly refurbished family room still at the discounted rate, overall very happy. Extremely warm,friendly and helpful staff!...Good value,budget accommodation. staff was very friendly plenty going on,. the room was very nice and clean. Comfy bed Good shower Nice beer. It was clean and the food good. The bed I didnt like the matress was very uncomfy felt like I had a spring stuck in me might I suggest that memory foam matress toppers be used on beds if bed matresses cannot be replaced, to give a more home from home sleep. Its hard enough sleeping in a strange bed without added problems of the matress being lumpy. I do find this to be a problem in most places I have stayed its a simple thing but can make such a difference to someones stay. No complaints at all. Nothing. The party going in Dow N stairs but did not go on too late so was fine with us . Provide more coffee and tea sachets :). Just a bit far too walk to town centre. Nothing. Nothing... nothingf. Location. bit noisy at night due to function room but it did not disturb us. Two single beds joined together, although comfy. Mattress abit too soft. A group of people (both male and female) who at 3:32 AM decided to have a loud (shouted) conversation in the corridor for forty minutes. Not exactly the hotel’s fault but why are some people so damn right ignorant, stupid and inconsiderate lowlifes?. The rooms did not have telephones or clocks in them. The bathrooms could have a bit more shelving/cupboard space in them. letsbookhotel.com hadn't confirmed my booking from end january with actual hotel lucky for me they still had a room for me gRRRRR !. Nothing. cooked breakfast could have been bigger for the price other wise good clean hotel and good value. No proper reception, had to ask at the bar and wait for them to finish serving before I got my room number and card.. No blind at window as it looked out onto car park could see in as car park on a slight hill need bigger bath towels and hair dryer in room be good. Very noisy main road. Pillows. Reception could offer more. Bar shuts too early. Was too noisy for us by the main road! Would have liked two comfortoble chairs!. noise from the pub. nothing at all. The hotel was not informed of our stay, only had a twin room available at check in insted of the double I booked. Lack of organisation however the girl on reception pulled it back for them, quite a long wait in reception when checking in but worth it! Also no remote for the tv despite a very nice night manager hunting for one for us!!. not so very clean in bathroom,t v picture kept going of,when functions where on. the key cards to the room werent didnt work very well, the breakfast was very greasey and made to feel we arrived to late even though it was 9.15 and you qoute breakfast is till 9.30. Very noisy until late due to functions at the bar below on three of our four nights. Having to ask for my heating to be switched on every time I went back to my room. It's December!.
