Carla and her son are the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could hope for. Their home is nice and cozy and very well kept. Our room was super clean, very large and full of light, with all the comforts possible. Breakfast is excellent and served in a very friendly situation. Besides making us felling at home while there, Carla made us a huge personal favour that I shall not forget!!! Full marks and honours to this special family! :).
所有评语 » Loved our room at the top, with added bonus of sink, microwave and fridge! We have a little cocker spaniel so this was ideal for preparing her food, also as we were tired and didn't fancy going out to eat, we could heat up a ready meal in our room. Bed so comfy, nice big TV, bathroom lovely with great shower. Breakfast nice, Carla and the staff absolutely lovely. Will be back!. Great location, right on the Hoe especially as we visited Rhodes@TheDome restaurant. Parking available. Friendly, clean and very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent would definately return and recommend to others. very friendly landlady who cooked a lovely breakfast - very helpful on directing me around the city as a first time visitor. Excellent base for exploring Plymouth City, the Hoe and Barbican. 1.5 miles from the University. Rooms spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable beds. Quiet location but handy for the ferries, the city centre and the Barbican. Breakfasts were excellent. We went for our son's graduation on Plymouth Hoe. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We would strongly recommend this establishment. nice room (had top room), tasty food in the morning, welcoming, comfortable bed, excellent location, friendly staff, room was ready before we said we would be there,. Clean, friendly, really nice bright and airy room. And about 20 yards from the sea front at Plymouth. Definitely would be happy to go back!. Carla was very nice and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Thank you for a nice stay. My mom also enjoyed the stay. Near hop on and off bus stop and main tourist attractions. Friendly hostess. This is a very very minor point, but personally I have a more restful sleep if the pillows are a bit fuller. Nothing to dislike at all. limited parking. nothing. not enough parking although we did get a space. nothing comes to mind. The bed was a little bit hard for us but everything else was just grand. Nothing!. Nothing!. Very green decor in bedroom, especially cornice and what could have been a lovely ceiling rose!!. I could not stay longer. The macerator toilet kept powering on and off all night and disturbed my sleep. My own fault, though. I had not turned a tap off properly and the water from the tap kept building up enough to trigger the pump. I am not going to blame the hotel for that. Leaving!!. Nothing. nothing. there was no lounge area to relax in on an evening if the weather was bad (as it was!) so you are restricted to your rooms. Not a problem really but would have been nice. Nothing. Blue ceiling in the bathroom. Restricted parking. Lack of parking spaces. Parking on the street. limited space in a very small room. Only found out after booked there was a 5% charge for credit card. Recommended restaurant 'Waterfront' very disappointing. no free parking and parking is awfully expensive in England! poor heating. Breakfast: no taste at all; how can you ruin an egg, a few watery muschrooms and beans!! had to pay cash only.
