This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we where very pleased with our choice,it was very convenient for visiting our friends. The young lady on reception was very friendly and certainly knew her job,she was a lovely girl. The room was brilliant we had a disabled room and the wet room was great and the size of the overall room was excellent.A Great all round experience. All the staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful which makes the stay even nicer. We always look forward to the lovely choice of breakfast, a real treat and there is no rush to eat up which a perfect start to the day. Our family bedroom was very comfortable and extremely clean, we will definitely use Premier Inns again in the future!!.
所有评语 » Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Plenty of free parking, Handy for "Table-Table" meals, despite being by a major road it was pretty quiet with just a bit of traffic noise. As it says in the blurb; I slept very well. Handy for nearby supermarket, petrol and not too far from major routes. We stayed for night and were really pleased with the friendly staff at the booking in desk. The room was clean and fresh. There was another couple in our party wh had booked a room with disabled facilities and this was very good too. The reception girl was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The king size bed was the best ever. The next morning breakfast was fantastic and the staff outstanding. Customer service at this place is exceptional. The welcome and friendly staff, from the reception to the cleaners etc. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a b and b. Everything you could want and as much as you wanted, perfect start to my continuing journey. Good service from James in checking in as the room was not made up correctly due to an error at booking and he quickly solved the problem with minimum fuss. Comfortable bed. Clean and enough space in the bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. We always stay there when visiting my son and family in Werrington. Excellent value for money. A very good sized room with a very comfortable bed. All you can eat breakfast was high quality. All staff very helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of staff; quality of food available. The location suited my needs. The staff. It's a Premier Inn...you know what you get!. The extractor fan was a bit loud, no air-conditioning, the cylinder fan in the room was all noise and puff, not really up to the job, if it had been a hot night. The rooms are a bit pricey considering they don't include air-conditioning. All in all if its not a hot night your ok. We had to wait awhile for our breakfast, it was very busy! There was a shortage of clean cups and plates. The food was fine and with good choice, but it did seem as though they were short staffed. Nothing. I had booked the room for 4 people- only the double bed had pillows and sheets, (although after asking at reception I was given additional sheets and pillows) however I then noticed there was only 1 large towel and 1 small towel! This didn't matter really as we had brought our own, but I do feel you should get a towel each. That you have to go outside to get to breakfast,with small children and poor weather this can be inconvenient. TV a little on the small size. Upon entering our room, we noticed a stale odour indicating that the room could have been aired better. The mattress was worn and lumpy and ought to be replaced. The restaurant was chaotic, and some parts of the room looked as if they sorely needed a going over with a duster! That said, hygiene was satisfactory. The only complaint we had was the shortage of milk & tea bags. There were four milks and two tea bags. There was work going on in the hotel which I wasn't aware of when I booked - but the workmen didn't start until after 8 and they were very considerate and didn't make too much noise. Nothing :-). No drawers for clothes,no wardrobe.had to live out of the suitcase,no biscuits with tea.bedside shelf a joke.for premier prices I expected more, and you charge commission on food,if paid to the premier inn, cheaper if you paid at pub. I would have prefered to have a room next to the family I stayed and booked with. I would prefer that the children's beds in their room had been made before our arrival. Service in restaurant appalling. Very slow to take order for hot food. Had to ask for them to take our order. Hot breakfasts took ages to be served. Porridge had been sitting under hot plate for so long it had skin and dry underneath. The only downside I can mention is whilst we paid for wifi it was very intermittent compared to when I use the same device (iPad) elsewhere. It is also my belief, wifi should be free now as it is an essential part of modern life & work. Having to turn left out of hotel, no right turn.I Was under the impression that the hotel had been paid for,it was a shock to find out that I had to pay at the desk.Normally when we go away I like to have everything paid for in advance, which I thought was the case here. Noise in accom due to thin walls. A bit dearer than we would normaly pay. Disabled room bit large. breakfast not included. Dim lighting in room. No air conditioning No phone in room Person sleeping outside of the door. The pop music I was forced to listen to in the restaurant and the banal, irritating twittering of the presenters on the local channel radio that was responsible for this so-called "music". Silence would far preferable, especially first thing in the morning. No-one has the right to impose their tastes, especially low tastes, on others who have paid for the hotel accommodation and deserve the right to privacy while dining. I did not like having to give my nationality when booking in, was told I could not have a room unless I gave it ? why , I had already paid and signed , also very dim lights. How the doors shut with a very loud bang every time some comes in or out. Directions to reach the hotel - not easy to find. Lack of indication in detail about hotel that there was no lift available. Did not bring my lap-top,there are no facility for customers to use the Internet i. Too hot in room so could not sleep. Room was very warm & stuffy (outside temprature was high). Restaurant is noisy.....uncontrolled kids running everywhere and had long wait for food as bit enough staff. Very unpleasant.
