Nice and friendly staff that are always on hand and help with anything your needs may be wether it be sight seeing know where to get good food bars and clubs, surfing hire and best places they pretty much know the score also good place for stag and hen parties to come too. in the center of a wonderfull town . clean .lovely staff . nice rooms.no problems with the reef lodge. The facilities such as TVs in every room are new and the environment such as toilet is clean.

Location Service. The security guard was very nice and helpful. He helped us with the tourist guide but by then, it was too late as it was our last night (11pm). It would have been nice if the reception staff had been that helpful days before. This lodge would be great for young single guys or groups of young adults but definitely not for romantic couple. That it was 2 minutes from the beach and town! It looked nice from the outside!. Had area to rince wet suits. Was close to beach and bars all we needed. Reef Surf Lodge clean tidy and friendly and helpful staff. Leaving. only thing dissapointing was the surf bar was not open while we were there but everything else was brilliant. only problem is there is no parking. I so need a cup of tea before I go out in the morning! As we stayed in February there were no facilities available. Car parking was difficult on our 2nd day. Toilet was a little dirty but had it cleaned up in 5 minutes :). No parking! No towels/toilet rolls!. Staff at reception was too much in a hurry; I ended up going to the cash machine twice to withdraw £30 deposit twice. I don't understand how couple have to pay this deposit individually as well. That was the spoiler for us. With 3 bunk beds in what's meant to be the smallest room, it sure isn't meant for couple or in any way romantic. Most of the disappointments should have been detailed on letsbookhotel.com. room was too small Beds were too small No fridge No kettle Didn't supply towels-had to ask Only 1 pillow per bed The window would shut very well And the shower woul say on for a couple of seconds before having to push the botton again. Boggey on the wall. The bunk beds at our age was not suitable, very basic. Would have been nice to know about the bunkbeds and the basic-ness of the lodge. Firstly, I booked using letsbookhotel.com. The description is different from the Hostels own website. The 7 bunk room at £60 per night. No bar, no restaurant, security guard on from 9pm - 9am. No hotel staff. The hotel is under administration so cannot give refunds. The £30 good behavior deposit, no parking, the security codes are not changed and are known to everyone who has stayed in the hostel.
