Pavilion View is situated on the seafront of Margate, just 2 minutes' walk from The Turner Contemporary, the Old Town and shops and pubs. 10 minutes' drive takes guests to the town of Broadstairs, with its promenade and Charles Dickens's house. Historic Canterbury is a 30-minute drive away.

24 hour reception, excellent service from staff. Staff was extremely nice and very helpful -you don't experience this that offten, receptionists and kitchen staff. Very nice breakfast - wide choice.the very easy going attitude of the staff stood out, there was always somebody on hand if needed, and they were all very curteous to guests. small but clean room with comfortable bed, fridge, tv, tea/coffee. very friendly staff. excellent breakfast. great location right at the sea front, good starting point for walks along the coast/beach towards broadstairs/ramsgate. family run little hotel with the flair and comfort of a small youth hostel.
所有评语 » Staff were really helpful and friendly - I was running in the Kent Marathon the next day, and they allowed me to come back for a shower at 2pm, well after our check out time, at no charge, which was really appreciated. Good selection of cold food at breakfast. Rooms were perfect layout for us as a family and staff were extremely helpful. the see !!. Location. very close to the concert venue. Staff helpful and friendly.great breakfast.good location.The staff were friendly and it was good value for money. The price was okay, and location was nice, next to the seafront.The staff were very friendly and obliging. the view. the location and the view. Nothing not even a proper Full English Breakfast as advertised, theBrekkie was OK,but not as expected, would of liked some bacon with myeggs, and our friends thought the same. The staff were polite andfriendly and nice, they deserve a better Hotel.near to sea front. The view. Very small en-suit bathroom with toilette. Cooked breakfast could have been a bit more generous - no bacon and only one sausage (although 2 eggs). Room hadn't been cleaned all that well, especially the ensuite bathroom - adequate for one night and I'm sure the staff would have sorted this out if we'd have complained, they were really friendly and helpful.Not as modern as could be but clean. A little shabby in places. maybee they should control the heating better it was very warm difficult to sleep. Cold.poor plumbing.flights and flights of stairs.very noiseypidgeons in loft!. The electric kettle was out of order and despite informing them twice, nothing was done until I had to personally go down to the reception and have the kettle replaced. No shower caps!. very small single room. there was no hot water, so had to move to a smaller room. No pillow cases, room wasn't serviced during our stay (2 nights). Breakfast table had not been cleaned. Missed breakfast once (which we paid for), and got it 1 hour late the next day. Both times due to miscommunication between their staff members. We were not happy with them making the same mistake twice. We would not go back to that hotel.Very run down, no maintenance. the breakfasts were never hot enough even when i complained it still came luke warm .Maintainance of facilities (eg plumbing) was very sub-standard. couldnt fill kettle up tap in bathroom too small. the toilets had no Toilet paper from late evening until we pointed this out at around 09.30 the following morning. Room facilities,I.E. Kettle was to be used on the carpet and thoughtvery dangerous, our room was a en-suite double but seemed to be acommunal as it was not part of our room, we could give you a large list,but we feel these points raised are most important. We did not complain,as we only stayed one night,it was our wedding anniversary!Our friendshad problems on the next floor and not happy.too old fashioned and tiny breakfasts and single rooms very tiny. the room was tiny and it was not clean. the bed linen was not fresh and the carpet was full of stains.Hotel staff, services. It was discusting. I checked out and found an alternative.
