The owners welcomed you from the start, the room was spotlessly clean, en-suite, Tv, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate & biscuits. Great atmosphere in bar with live music the night I was there, which was not over loud. Full English breakfast just right. All in all excellent for money. Will stay again if in area. The facilities within the room were excellent and attention to detail was superb. Cosy yet very comfortable. Lovely couple running the place and very easy to talk to. We went on a ghost hunt so didn't stay overnight but the couple let us in at 6am without any hassle which was very kind of them.
