It felt like home very friendly staff coming and going not a problem. 24hr bar was good to.
The hotel staff were very accommodating there was a lot of freedom and they wern't strict.
the girl at reception was very friendly and made sure we were happy with our room.

Was disapointed with parking I was told on confirmation that parkingwas £8 a day only to be shown a price guide when arrived stating thatparking was an hour rate and an addional £8 per night totaling over£23 per day.

Bit disappointed that they had not got around to cleaning our room by 4.40pm when we went back for a sleep so therefore we missed out on the tea/coffee soap etc. They were kind enough to leave us some fresh towels outside the door though so no real problem.
It was quite old fashioned compared to some of the traveloedge's I havestayed in recently.

Breakfast was more expensive than at Travelodge Belfast but there is apub/restaurant next to the hotel that is perfect to have all meals.

Reception staff semed to be vague in the extreme about my reservation; she also failed to explain about the card operated electricity supply.in the room.
there was dried mud on the entrance stairs when i arrived at 1:00pm and it was still there next morning. i had to contact the night porter to deal with drunken revelry in an adjoining room after midnight, which he done effectively. The adjoining guests were arriving with pints of draught beer which must have been brought into the hotel from an outside pub.
The room was in need of a vacuum, there was a few peanuts under the windowsill, (not mine) and pennies.
rooms look run down,broken glass and beer spilled in foyer.
In the corridor, there was a strange and unpleasant smell.
there was no soap and the telly did not work.
The radiator in the room was on full blast constantly and was faulty so couldn't be turned down. Due to this we had to sleep with the window open as far as it would open which wasn't far due to a grille. Furthermore it was noisy with the traffic on the main road below. Needless to say we hardly slept. So, we reported this to the reception staff who did nothing.
