We went to Llandudno to do some shopping, decided to stay the night, had a wonderful experience in the hotel, room was lovely, had the four poster bed, breakfast was exceptional, very friendly and will stay there next time in town.

it was'nt A problem for us, the early check-in time.did'nt bother me, no assistance with luggage up to the rooms. if it was busy in the summer I could see parking might be A problem

Llandudno as a place looks good. There is plenty to see and do in and around. The attention to detail in the furnishing of the bedrooms was really good.

Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use. We had a lovely stay and would certainly go back:)
Breakfast choices not made clear enough, was aware fruit was available if asked for, but wasn't aware yoghurts were also available, didn't like to ask and would have appreciated information being on menu. That said it was only a minor issue. There was nothing else that we didn't like:)
Excellent location, clean and comfortable, high quality traditional décor in bedrooms, well equipped rooms with nice sitting area looking over the sea. Generous breakfast.
Rather a long wait to check in on a Sunday evening at 6.00pm and out next morning. Had to park a long way away but not a problem for us. Our New Zealand friends were somewhat bemused by all the soft toys in reception! Would have loved a croissant at breakfast and more fruit for self service.

There is no lift or accommodation for people with trouble walking. We were moved around at breakfast to another table because of a group of golfers taking up other tables, didn't like the table we were moved to. we had paid £122 per night and felt our money was just as good as the golfers but felt they got preferential treatment!
it was nice and clean beds were comfy had a good nights sleep and the breakfast was 1st class
only one complaint that was there was no hot water coming out of shower only the tapes on the sink but was told they couldn't get a plumber on a weekend.
The rooms were lovely, we had a fantastic sea view, the staff were polite, rooms clean and the breakfast was fabulous, very happy!
Word of warning there is no lift here.

There were some parking issues but the staff were very helpful, finding us space. They also assisted with moving our baggage in and out. Good free wifi in the bedrooms, something that a number of larger more modern hotels do not provide

There was no lift andhad to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs and bed was most uncomfortable.
The fact that the owner assisted me in finding a parking space, travelling in the car, something that has never happened previously. True customer concern. Totally recommend with no reservations.
