A wonderful little family run b&b literally a minute walk from the seafront stretch. This hotel is in the heart of everything and a lot of recommendations for attractions and restaurants are in your welcome book in your room as well as some helpful leaflets which we used quite a few of for our outings. Angelique and Kevin could not have been more helpful and friendly. They cooked pizzas one evening for us, came and changed our bed for us at 21:00 as something leaked over it and even gave m.

From the moment you arrive at willows Guest House and the genuinely warm greeting you receive, you'll know you've booked the right place. Room 10/10. Breakfast 10/10. Angelique and Kevin make you feel like you are at home and you can relax and enjoy your holiday from the moment you walk in. The free Residents parking is a bonus and our car enjoyed. We stayed in a family room with our two young grandchildren. The room was modern & clean, had bunk beds and a double bed, flat screen TV on the wall, tea/coffee making facilities and a small en-suite shower room - so everything you need. The location is perfect - not on the main promenade but on a bend in a side street, facing the sea and about 50 metres from the promenade - very central to the fair and the town centre. Breakfast was lovely with good quality sausages and bacon and they cat. I liked the fact that it was simply but classically furnished. No tacky ornaments or plastic flowers that gather dust. Towels and linen classic white Room furniture solid. It looked like it has had a recent refurbish the carpets were really clean and no marks on walls / doors. The breakfast was quite substantial and really hot. Also cereals, fruit and yoghurt on offer. Apple or Orange juice and Water as well as the usual coffee and tea. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I will definitely . As a solo woman traveller, I often feel uncomfortable and always have to be extra careful. But Angelique, the landlady, was great and very attentive and ensure I had everything I needed. I had forgotten my toothbrush, and even though there is a convenience shop around the corner, she kindly gave me one so I wouldn't have to go out at 9pm. Willows Guest House is just 2 mn walk from the pedestrian street, so it was perfect as I had to carry lots of shopping bags! And the room was very cheap too. This was such a lovely hotel. The small touches made such a difference to the decoration and the breakfast was beautiful! The owners were very kind and welcoming as well as willing to serve us any hour of the day. The location could not have been better and the sea views were stunning. You honestly get so much for your money at Willows Guest House. I can't wait to go back with more of my family. The location was amazing, very close to seaside and town center. The B&B was very clean and tidy, also the price was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast which was freshly cooked for us. The lady (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. We had a good time and enjoyed nice sea view from our window!. Our room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed and just enough space for the two of us to relax in around going out. Everything, older home nicely updated, great towels, breakfast was hearty, great location but the best part was the hostess. The owners were welcoming, the room was a good size with plenty of storage space, the location is just about right, 5 minutes walk to everything, even a corner shop within 200M, breakfast was perfect. We didn't mind that much, but as we didn't bring our robes it was a little bit awkward to go to bathroom at night. Although there was a bin in the bathroom there wasn't one in the bedroom, but that is really minor. Also you have to remember to get the hairdrier from reception. nothing. nothing. I had to go home. Cant fault anything!!!. Bath towels were hard. Nothing. Only one dislike, the steep stairs. Check out time is too early but the staff are brilliant. There wasn't anything I didn't like... Would have liked some background music in the dinning room ... you could hear a pin drop, people were reluctant to talk normally. Nothing dont change. Those very steep stairs, ok for the young but not good for people with poor knee joints. It would be perfect if the shower stronger. Nothing to dislike. Nothing. i could not falt any thing. Nothing we did not like liked everything. Leaving!. great yarmounth it self was very dissapointing, in need of a good clean up. the beach was lovely, but the streets let it down. Nothing, everything was fine. There are no negatives!. breakfast slot at 8.00 a.m......
