the fact that for such a big place it was very quiet and the appartment was the best i have stayed in,in all the years i,ve been staying in glasgow. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, the apartment was fantastic value for money and couldnt have been better. It was an excellent apartment, fully fitted kitchen, comfy beds and cracking shower - immaculate condition throughout.
所有评语 » The size of apartment and space throughout, great Location.The apartments were spacious and well equiped to meet all needs. having a separate living and sleeping area enabled you to be able to entertain without invading my privacy. The size and luxury of the apartment. Extremely good value for money. Also very central which was a bonus. No expensive taxi rides!. Great location and apartment size and facilities adequate. The amount of room in the apartment, facilities, location, breakfast..apartment was fine, very spacious and clean. Central location, value. The apartments are really easy for the city centre which is great, and the independence of having an apartment rather than a hotel room was a bonus. In a good location and nice to have the freedom and independance of an apartment.Very central, close to transport and amenities. cost/location. close into town without being noisy. our complaint was dealt with promptly and appropriately. Only downside was 2 double beds - we were 4 girls, didn't realise when I booked there was no twin beds in the other room.Only thing that springs to mind, was having to pick up Keys forApartment from other hotel. As I was on the 9th floor and it was a very windy night there was a draft through the bedroom windows. The bedroom was therefore colder than the other rooms. Felt it was a little bit run down and could have been cleaned better. Could do with a freshen up, tiles were falling off the bathroom, paint was chipped and a bit worn looking. No staff available in the hotel when we arrived to sign in and pick up the keys, we waited over half an hour and were 1st in what was a rather large build up of guests.the reception area, there wasn't one, and noise outside, could have been windows not sufficiently closed. HIgh levels of street noise (we were on 5th floor). There wasn't enough hot water to have a bath, ran out after about 2 mins. It wasn't clear on the booking forms that I would need to go to the hotel round the corner to collect the key and so I was traipsing back and forth. Booking was with breakfast, so my paperwork said, but on arrival it was on the system as room only. We weren't told prior to arrival that we had to book in at the hotel around the corner so when trying to contact the telephone number provided it wasn't answered. The apartment was tired in areas and could do with some freshening up. The TV's didn't work and there wasn't a playstation as advertised. On booking the apartment it said breakfast included however when we asked we were told it wasn. Accomodation was disappointing - shabby, and noisy. Decor and fittings were in poor repair - bath panel cracked, carpets grubby and cigarette-burned, paintwork grubby/chipped. Washing machine and dishwasher smelt, several lightbulbs were blown, sofa cushions torn, flooring badly fitted and noisy. Windows did not fit properly when closed so very noisy from street. 'No smoking' not enforced. only one key for a two room apartment!!!!!. the apartments were poorly fitted out, balcony doors blew open despite bing locked shut. staff entered our apartment twice without knocking and the lift broke down and we were on the 10th floor. The apartment was freezing as heating was not working we were moved but general cleanliness very poor dirty crockery etc old mattress !!. Very dirty enterance and cold rooms with draft through windows.
