Everything was perfect. The quiet place and the comfortable room with enough space for luggage or relaxing after a whole day out in busy Edinburgh. We loved the location as well, very close to all you want to see in the city or the live shopping areas close to you. The place was really clean and we loved the modern , brightly decorated room. The staff were very helpful and kind whenever we asked anything. Will definitely recommend our hotel.Our best regards to hotel management and staff and a b.
所有评语 » Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable. We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing. The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh. We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel. Apartments ideal base everything supplied spacious & ideally located! Staff were above helpful felt at home as soon as walked in - arrived early to leave bags in man at reception took my number & called me when apartment was ready which was only hour later at 11.10! I will definitely be returning & have been telling everyone how great they were! A joy to finally find somewhere that ticks all the boxes. Great location, a few minutes walk from Princess Street. Excellent facilities (even a tv in the bedroom) and quiet apart from the traffic sounds as others have mentioned, it's the city centre so to be expected. Very comfortable and staff could not have been more helpful, E.G. booking taxis. Felt secure especially with 24hr reception. Will definitely be back. Location is superb in walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and cafes, train station and even a long walk to the castle if you must. First, our plan was to use the kitchen facilities to its full use, but with all the cafes nearly, we just couldn't help try some of them. And they're fabulous. Really an ideal place for family with children. The facilities were really good if you want to cook your own food or watch tv with sky channels. The location also meant eating out, shops and tourist attractions are all just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The staff were also very willing to help. Ideal location just behind George Street, very clean, comfortable and quiet - we didn't hear any of our neighbours. Helpful staff. The apartment was a real 'home from home' after a long day on the tourist trail. I would definitely recommend. Conveniently located just back from Princess Street, lots of pubs & restaurants nearby, we stayed in the superior king bed apartment, which had everything one could need for a self catering trip, even had a dishwasher and washing machine. We don't like being woken up in the morning by the garbage trucks and the noise of sorting them out were disturbing particularly in the evening . Ask for rooms at the front side and not by the Backstreet. We thought operation of the shower could have been more simple. The bins opposite the parking lift made it difficult to drive into and out of. these definitely need relocating. No pegs for coats, no kitchen paper in kitchen, disappointed our safe was not fixed before we left. But these are small things. No toilet brush. No simple cooking ingredients such as oil. That would be stretching for something I didn't like. The car lift was a bit scarey but a first for us!. parking - we used the underground parking - we have a saloon car and it was tricky trying to get into the car lift - this was due to refuse bins from an adjacent property. Room window faces the back alley and it gets really noisy as the alley is shared with the restaurants and pubs so there are plenty of activities going on early in the morning and late at night with all the loading and unloading work, clearing of rubbish and vehicle movements. Small problem for me though as i am used to living above busy city streets. Thought it would be great if the same apartments and quality were available in London!. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. Nothing really. A little noisy early in the morning with delivery and waste collection van's however they do provide ear plugs!!. Having to go looking for reception staff to check in. Old sponges in the kitchen - for hygiene reasons, the sponges used to wash plates should changed when new guests check in. Car park is tricky: if you have a big car or you're not good at reversing into small spaces make other arrangements!. No parking. Nothing. Parking could be free. Our room was next to the pub alley side and every morning there was loud noise with trash bins and supplies loading, so sleep was disrupted. Would stay here again but definitely would ask for a room on other side next time. Double bed was rather a let down, there was space enough for a kingsizebed, otherwise nothing else to complain about. Rooms a bit dark, even in bright sunlight, but not a problem. Noisy at times - no earplugs! Arrived late and no shops open to grab something to eat quickly - could include a welcome pack of biscuits, bread etc as an optional extra?. noisy when open windows. Didn't like the fact that there was parking facilities at the apartment but you had to pay £15 a night on top of your stay. Nothing. The internet is a little bitte slow at times. Paid £171 per room per night for a room only facility is a bit expensive. In their defence I would say it was a very busy weekend in Edinburgh and rooms were scarce. Smallish bed for two extra tall travelers. The cleaning staff leaving the door ajar when they had finished so our room was unlocked until we got home. Could not find a convenience store nearby?.
