key fob to enter after 8pm, the facilities were good, bed was extremely comfortable and a member of staff was honest and contacted me regarding an item i had left in the hotel room. i would stay at this hotel everytime i visit. A clean and tidy, modern hotel . Everything was fresh and seemed like new. No disturbances ; a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was fresh and appetizing.

Literally a 2 minute walk to the beachfront. Wonderful weekend. Proximity to the beach with a 7 year old, award winning gardens across the road, bus stop and information across the road, cleanliness of all areas beach prom etc. The room was very clean furniture very nice Bed very comfortable Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was more than ample. The staff where friendly and the rooms where very luxurious and the location was on the beach front.We could not ask for more. everything was perfect for our romantic weekend away. couldn't have been better. have booked again for another stay. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Quiet neighbourhood. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was very clean. And there was safe parking with carb. Cleanliness of establishment with ensuite bedrooms, which again were very comfortable and quiet. everything. it was a good stay,warm comftable and very clean.would stay there anytime. Everything it was very clean & tidy, the staff were very polite & helpful. the location, the style of the hotel, the cleanliness and the staff were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, was excellent, very clean, staff friendly and curtious. i could hear conversations in the next room. My single room was small, bordering on tiny, but fine for a short stay. Parking was a nightmare.We did find a spot on the road close by and couldnt move the car to go anywhere for fear of not getting a spot again. We did have a blue badge so you can imagine the problem !. no dislikes. The stay wasn't long enough. lack of evening meals. loo roll holder,you had to be a contortionist to reach it behind you. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. There was nothing we didn't like. Nothing. All was OK. Nothing. no small cup protectors on the drawer and bedside units. No cooked breakfast Parking area very small. A bar would have been nice or a lounge to sit in not possible though not big enough. Shame. Rather souless and no social area which is important as a solo traveller. Bedroom next to front door, heard guests coming and going. Breakfast room cramped. Would prefer a cooked breakfast. No cooked breakfast. Nothing. cold breakfast. No Parking. Overpriced. The breakfast room was to small. It was like sitting in someone's Kitchen/Diner and noisy with the staff washing up whilst you are eating. No room for us at breakfast, no clear back entrance, we had to climb a wall to get to the front, ripped duvet cover, fridge not turned on. Just not worth the price. Tiny room, half size of a premier inn, expensive at £75 per night no cooked breakfast, tiny car park, only 3 tables in eating area had to sit with unknown people, kitchen open to eating area, like sitting in someone's house.
