a totally wonderfull experience. from the moment we arrived , to the moment we left, we felt totally at ease and really well looked after. the hotel has limited services available but the Comfort Inn's sister hotel the Dene across the street has all the facilities available we had dinner at the Dene the food and service and atmosphere was fantastic. Not to be missed. The Decoration and Furniture in the room.
所有评语 » Friendly and helpful staff. quiet, easy parking, very clean. shopping, pubs, meeting up with friends. closeness to Chester. a good quality, quiet room at an excellent price. ease of access and plenty of parking space. Reception did advise me about the access when front door is locked which was useful.quick check in, comfortable rooms, easy to find. friendly staff and rooms were clean.good quiet hotel. it was very easy to get to the town center from there, it was comfortable and did have all the basic facilities needed for our stay. Price good, interior including room was in good condition. Good parking and quiet area. Room reason size. It was central but would have been a good if we had directions on how to get there.Good location, quiet. Parking place. It was a decent enough hotel and overall a fair value. Room was clean and spacious enough. Value for money. privacy and lack of noise,access to ice machine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Closeness to the city, pretty location. it's setting. accommodation reasonably close to city centre. Convenience of where we were located. Due to the thinness of the walls, we heard our very noisey neighbours in the next room. The first night they were extremely noisey till 1am. The second night was just as bad. This restricted our sleep. not being able to have a proper breakfast in hotel. stayed twice now. on second visit found a vibrator in bedside drawer, an unusual extra ! otherwise excellent. wifi use was important. But was down entire time. Mentioned to Staff each am and pm. Second afternoon connected T-Mobile directly. Claimed they had been problem previous in week, but never been notified of new problem, and would reboot server. And we were not the only ones' to mention it.we complained that the kettle was not working a second one came and tht did not work. we also stayed a second night to find the faulty kettle was still in the room. The young receptionist on duty did get us some hot water but still we had the same problem in the morning. No Internet access. Douche cabin rather old and rusty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we had a poor night's sleep both nights we stayed. There was a a lot of noise during the night and it kept us awake. It sounded like water pipes or something along those lines. We feel the most important thing about staying at a hotel is the comfort of the bed and the 'sleep experience'. This Comfort Inn really missed the mark.Could have been given more information regarding breakfast on check in.Staff were eastern european so could this be a language issue. a small fridge would have been appreciated. The walls were so thin i could hear everything that was happening in the next room e.g urinating, having sex, normal conversation. Also free wireless for laptop - signal was so weak it would not work Manager was very accommodating -- and moved me to sister hotel -- Dean Hotel -- similar issues -- Manager offered me the use of the office computer and complimentary breakfast. The first night was very peaceful, however on the second night i was woken up at 1am by drunken women in the next room who were talking, shouting and giggling at the top of their voices for at least 2 hours. This spoilt what had been a lovely weekend with my daughter.the bed was too small and uncomfortable. The staff seemed un interested when we booked in no eye contact andseemed to enjoy talking to each other than to the customer. window did not lock and left room unsecured during our stay. Staff not customer focused and not very welcoming. Sheets on the beds were in bad condition, ie holes and stains. Lady on reception did not communicate herself very well when i arrived.
