The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, quick and to the point, just what you need. The facilities are something I have never seen before, with a bar open til 5am and a nightclub attached. Highly recommend for those who want somewhere friendly and helpful to stay, the staff made the hotel experience worth the money. We only really needed the room for a place to put our heads down, as we were getting up early for the cricket at the Swalec Stadium. The room was a good size with very comfortable beds. If we had had time, we would of ordered dinner and breakfast for the next day.
所有评语 » A great location just a few minutes walk from all the good shops and restaurants in Cardiff. Good clean and comfortable rooms with nice breakfast available. Run by friendly and helfpul staff who can give you advice on places of interest n the city. Good location, short walk to the Stadium, the City and the Station. Clean room with coffee and tea, Tv, fast free Wifi and free secure parking behind the hotel. Good value at 40 pounds a night. Friendly & helpful staff who went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. Food was big, delicious and well presented and service was quick. Secure car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Overall would highly recommend and I would certainly stay there again. A great Hotel for a rugby weekend or a Stag/Hen weekend it is central to the Bars and clubs in the city. Has its own Night club and bar open till late. Friendly, helpful staff Great room-nice and clean! The food was really nice too. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend. The staff were so lovely and friendly to us, it really made our holiday. We couldn't resist not spending another night. I liked the location- very close to centre, nice, warm and clean rooms with comfortable beds and very attractive price. Clean too- good facilities. How it was close to the city and also the football ground and millemium stadium. The room was very specious,clean and tidy.good value for money. Room breakfast and staff. bar stays open till late. the size of the room was great for the three of us, liked the fact there was a club attached although we didnt go. Loved the parking attached to the hotel. the bed was comfy and the room was nice and warm. close to the city by walking and the staff were friendly.good price as well. The room is clean in general. Near to cardiff central station. Friendliness and very helpful. Nice people. Great location and proximity to the stadium. Not the most up to date decor. We did have three concerns though. The lighting wasn't very good, so when reading it seemed quite dark. A bedside light would have been ideal. The tv reception wasn't great and while we were watching, the screen kept freezing, this went on for about ten minutes. The main thing, was when we woke in the morning, their wasn't any hot water in the shower or from the tap in the basin, we had to bere cold showers. I was also unable to shave, as the razor point was not working properly. The hotel is no frills and our Tv had no signal. The shower did not work. No lift. Noise from street. Nothing It was good value for Money and a great location for a rugby weekend with the boys. Nothing. I didn't like useing interphone at night time. The night club is quite loud but was expecting that as it says so on their website,. Very popular with stag and hens so could be a problem if they are rowdy. They weren't for us however. The showers were not hot enough and there was no room in the bathroom to hang towels. Minor point really- but the shower was at best lukewarm and the pressure was low. It was cold in the bathroom and a little dirty. Nothing. It was a bit noisy in the room in the evening with the traffic outside, some thicker double glazed windows would make it a lot quieter and more comfortable for clients. Street parking. The bathroom was very poor, the shower was terrible very slow pressure. Nothing. Nothing. bar bit pricey. the shower was very poor, didnt like that breakfast wasnt included for the price of the room it wasnt worth it. very noisy to sleep next to the main road. it was a really noisy room the floor above us creaky and you could hear all the noise from the street. Noisy street Tv didnt work Bad shower The wifi is not free. Not so suitable for people of our age (67) unless they like to socialise at the bar etc. We expected noisy neighbours, stag & hen parties etc. We were prepared for this, however; the noise from the night club below was terrible, to ask £120 for the room was a complete joke. The bed may have well been in the middle of the dance floor. If you do have to stay, avoid room 231!!. Booked because of parking, no parking available because- quote from reception staff" I've taken your spot" you will have to park somewhere else. Great customer service !.
