everything, Nice outside approach, peaceful, relaxing after a journey, friendly staff, Nice sized room .nice Bar area, nice food, nice breakfast area, tasteful decor . Well appointed extremely clean room, excellent evening meal available with helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Would definitely stay again if in the area. A good welcome and good service from all the staff good rooms and air conditioned card operated lights so no waste saving the planet very good all round hotel.

They were all very pleaseant the service was excellent. good sized rooms. nice bar convienient stopover on route to west country all staff we met were friendly and helpful. I have stayed here numerous times and it is always a pleasure, excellant food and the rooms are spacious. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. The Resturant provided excellent food. Excellent seperate bedroim block seperate from bar/resteraunt. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The hotel had lovely meals. Dog friendly. Large room. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.Handy for the motorway. Good food at the pub. the room was quite big. Friendly staff, very clean, good parking. It was convienent for my trip.the hotel is clean and the facilities are good but require some refurbishment. Nice hotel with fabulous air con, Breakfast was massive and very nice would definatly stay here again . fitted the bill. Only stayed one night. Arrived late,left early. but from what we saw looked well run. Location was very good and close to motorway. Proximity to M5. Friendly staff. Excellent food and service rooms were very comfortable everything we needed. Key cards very unreliable. Need to find a different method. It was the only thing that let the hotel down. There was nothing to dislike-We are a small group that stayed for 10 days last year and we go back again this year as it was so good. Nothing. Too far out and poor bus service. Not many other facilities or shops nearby. Nothing. Had to queue at the bar for a while because people were ordering food staff seemed under pressure. the ownder could turn on the heating some hours before the guest arrives, the AC didn't work properly (even if you entered 30° Celsius it was that cold that I had to look at the AC machine if it's realy Celsius or perhaps Fahrenheit. also the additional electrical can't really heat up the room if it's cld outside (approx. 0°C) - but at least it works. The room keeper has dark hair. I know it as I found some of her hair in the tub everyday. traffic noise, breakfast was just ok, nothing wrong with it, but just ok. I missed a minibar or a small fridge in the room. Continental breakfast no variety. There could have been a wider selection of items for a continental breakfast!. The overall customer service experience from the staff is poor. It's perhaps due to a lack of training in customer expectations and experience. Apart from one staff member, not once was I asked whether or not was or had I enjoyed my stay, or could things have been better. When I booked out, the only concern was the payment for my room and meals. The food for both meals was warm. I will not be staying there again. There was nothing i disliked about this hotel. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.Cleaning in the rooms could have been better, dirty glasses left unwashed each morning.Breakfast,sausages etc were cremated and we got extra food on plate that we had said we didn't want,this was down to Chef. Mediocre food. Breakfast (cheap sausages and old fat).
